Carole Faig is a global finance and accounting leader with more than 30 years of audit and public accounting experience, particularly in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, health insurance, biotechnology, and medical device companies. Prior to her retirement in 2021, she spent 38 years at Ernst & Young (EY), culminating in the leadership of EY’s U.S. healthcare business where she was responsible for developing and driving EY’s strategy to grow that practice during a period of rapid change in the health industry. Carole served as an audit partner to a wide range of companies in the healthcare sector, from large and complex health systems to private equity-backed growth companies and SEC registrants. In that role, she assisted companies with public equity offerings, working closely with investment bankers, underwriters, and legal counsel and advised her clients on financial accounting and reporting matters. Carole currently serves on the boards of directors of Henry Schein, Inc., and QuVa Pharma, Inc.
A certified public accountant, Carole received her B.B.A. in accounting from Sam Houston State University.
